Lijiang salmon

Lijiang salmon is a plateau rainbow trout cultured in snow mountain spring water, that is, plateau freshwater salmon. Because of its unique living environment, its meat is more tender, its entrance is light and smooth, fat but not greasy. Locals have made Lijiang salmon a delicacy on the family table through various cooking methods.
